In accordance with the provisions and disciplined by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree n. 206/2005) you can return the purchased products within 14 working days of delivery.
To proceed with a return, simply send us a PEC email to caseperrottasrl@pec.it indicating the following information:
• number and date of the order as reported in the confirmation email
• invoice number
• specify for which products the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal (identifying them with the article code)
• Specify the reasons for the return
Our customer care office will send you all the instructions via email together with the waybill within 6 working days to conveniently proceed with the return.
To proceed with the return, the following conditions must be met:
• the purchased product must be substantially intact: upon its arrival at our office, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering;
• the right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by subjects who give course to it in the context of their professional activity.
TIMING FOR REFUND
Case Perrotta undertakes to re-credit the sums by way of reimbursement in favor of the Customer within 14 working days of receipt of the returned products. The refunded amount will be equal to the value of the returned products indicated on the invoices.
