Case Perrotta extra virgin olive oil is produced from 14 cultivars of all Sicilian olives, at 800 meters of altitude. The olives are harvested early by hand with mechanical machineries, transported and pressed within a day for an excellent result. Case Perrotta extra virgin olive oil is certified as organic and Sicily Protected Geographical Indication. The two certifications validate the high quality of the product, which presents an intense fruity odour with a balanced bitterness and a spicy taste, a hint of almonds, green tomato leaves and thistle. Here we propose a freshly bottled products, for those who love new fresh pressed oil with its unmistakable bitterness and spicy taste (black label) and for those who prefer a little less persistent spiciness and bitterness and a more fruity and light oil which has been bottled later on. We have excellent product for every dish and palate.
