NEW FRESHLY PRESSED OIL - The first bottled this year, with its hint of artichoke and spiciness typical of freshly milled oil, excellent on legume soups, meats, and sauces, this oil also enhances the flavor of fish and shellfish. It is excellent on a slice of bread topped with oregano for a refined simplicity.
The bottle is excellent for storage because the dark glass prevents light from spoiling the product, the elegant bottle has an anti-stain label and it is perfect both for kitchen usage and for table serve, it has an anti-topping up cap in accordance with the Italian legislation and can therefore be used in Catering services. Remember to store in a cool place away from sources of heat and light, it is advisable not to decant the oil to avoid oxygenation. The product is not filtered and may contain some residues.
