Since Case Perrotta started its business, the beekeepers from Sant'Alfio asked us if they could bring the hives to our property, to make a great chestnut honey. Since then we have established a fruitful collaboration that allows us to provide you with a high quality product of rare taste.

The orange blossom honey is divided in lemon and orange blossoms, two rarities. The Chestnut honey, best served with aged cheeses, brings at your table all the flavor of local Etna chestnuts. The eucalyptus honey is perfect for the winter months and as a natural sweetener. Sulla honey has the special sweetness of Etna wild herbs.
